Bridgette Tupes
Co-Founder and Partner
Bridgette Tupes has over 15 years of experience working on local, state and federal races in Ohio. She has experience in fundraising, political outreach, relationship management, and field campaign management. Bridgette has served on the DNC Youth Council, the Ohio Young Democrats Board, and as an appointed officer of the Young Democrats of America. She also is a member for the Columbus Steering Committee for the Human Rights Campaign and board chair of Planned Parenthood Advocates of Ohio.
Joe Rettof
Co-Founder and Partner
Joe Rettof has over 15 years of experience in the political and non-profit sectors. He co-founded RT Advisors with Bridgette Tupes in 2014. Joe has worked on several statewide campaigns across the Midwest as a campaign manager, general consultant, fundraiser and strategist. He has worked for candidates and campaign committees, ballot initiatives, and non-profit organizations since 2005. Joe has served on the Board of Equality Ohio and currently serves on the Advisory Board of New Leaders Council – Columbus. He holds a BA in Political Science and History from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Daniel Briggs Jr.
Co-Founder and Partner
Daniel is a graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Political Science and a minor in Criminology. In his last three years of his college career he became very involved in the student life at Ohio State. He was a peer leader for two years with an early arrival program for Freshmen called RLead. Daniel also sat on the finance committee of his fraternity while also serving as the Philanthropy Coordinator. He was apart of BuckeyeThon’s general body and serves on the Team Relations committee as the Small Organizations Coordinator.
